Justin Sebik from Big Brother has improved his life in the last two decades. The New Jersey native was in his mid-20s when he featured in the popular reality competition series. He joined season 2 with other popular names such as Krista Stegall, Nicole Schaffrich, Hardy Ames-Hill, Mike “Boogie” Malin, and many more. Big Brother 2 was full of controversies and drama like the previous season. It featured a single-story house with multiple bedrooms, significantly bigger than season 1. The show aired from July to September 2001 on CBS.
Initially, Justin seemed like a decent addition to the show due to his age and personality. However, things soon changed when Justin showed his true colors to the other Big Brother cast members. He began acting erratically, threatening people and even causing destruction to the property. Justin got multiple warnings due to his rude behavior and actions and didn’t improve himself. Instead, he kept poking until it exploded in his face.
Why Was Justin Sebik Expelled From Big Brother Season 2?
Justin’s journey on the show wasn’t going too great. Despite that, he continued to misbehave with other cast members. During one episode, he picked up a knife and threatened to slit co-star Krista’s throat. He grabbed her, kissed her, and put the sharp cooking utensil around her neck, asking her if she’d “get mad” if he killed her. Host Julie Chen Moonves later discussed the incident and said, “Justin picked up a large kitchen knife and repeated to an intoxicated Krista, seriously, ‘would you get mad if I killed you?’” Justin was immediately fired from Big Brother for his unhinged behavior.
Justin Was Later Arrested For Allegedly Assaulting His Girlfriend
The reality TV incident wasn’t the only time Justin got in trouble. Sometime after featuring on the show, Justin got himself arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. According to Michigans Thumb, police found Justin’s then-girlfriend with a broken ankle and choke marks on her neck. She alleged that Justin had choked her and pushed her to the ground, which led her to fracture her foot. The then-27-year-old went to jail for his actions and later came out on $1000 bail. He blamed his former girlfriend for going “crazy” and “punching” him, which led her to slip and injure herself.
Justin Sebik Is A Family Man Now
Justin has come a long way since his stint on Big Brother 2. He’s nearly 50 now and has become a family man. According to social media via rahhhbert, Justin is married and has kids. He looks very different now and ditched the old fratboy look. In 2011, some of his family photos surfaced online that showed him with his wife and daughter. He wore a formal suit and looked happy. Justin also seemingly had a puppy at the time. Justin isn’t very active on social media or a functional online profile, so it’s hard to tell what the Big Brother alum is up to in 2023.
