Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Michael are both aware of it, and nobody has bothered to alert Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) or Drew in the intervening period.
Maybe the truth about the SEC tip is what Lois is ready to tell Sonny after discovering something. Sonny is going to get himself into trouble if he discovers that Nina reported Drew and Carly.

Sonny may talk to Michael and decide it is better if they both stay quiet about this situation. After all, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) has a relationship with her mom and that would likely end if the truth came out.
Both of Michael’s children would be hurt as well because they would likely lose contact with their grandmother.
Carly and Nina would certainly be at odds which would not be good either. Michael would be stuck right back in the middle between them if push comes to shove.
