With only five queens left in the running on RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars, the stakes are higher than ever. But if you’re looking for drama, you won’t find it in this Werk Room.
It’s all love in TVLine’s exclusive first look at Friday’s episode, which picks up in the immediate aftermath of Vanity Vain’s elimination. Alyssa Edwards gets the good vibes started by congratulating Kitty-Scott Claus for surviving the lip sync, an experience Kitty describes as “f–king horrible” overall.
The queens also take a moment to celebrate Nehellenia’s first win, which Kween Kong uses as an opportunity to apologize. “I know I came at you really harsh in Untucked before,” she tells Nehellenia. “And I know my opinion comes across very harsh sometimes. That’s just how I am. I apologize.”
With all of that sorted out, the queens are free to proceed to Episode 9’s main challenge — to create a “queer-tastic tourism spot” to show what makes their home country special. And in a nice moment of synergy, this week’s runway category is inspired by the final season of Paramount+’s Star Trek: Discovery. (Ru’s wink to the camera when she reads the disclaimer is pure gold.)
