What Padalecki’s Appearance Means For Fire Country
Fire Country Could See A Boost In Ratings
Padalecki’s casting in Fire Country was announced back in August. At the time, executive producer Tia Napolitano mentioned that the role of Camden was “written for Jared, very specifically.” Now, Padalecki’s appearance in Fire Country is right around the corner. His debut episode on the show, titled “Edgewater’s About To Get Real Cozy,” will premiere on Friday, November 15. This will be the beginning of a three-episode arc featuring Padalecki.
While Fire Country has been fairly successful overall, Padalecki’s upcoming recurring guest spot could be a big boost to the series. Many TV audiences will be familiar with the actor from his role in the fifteen-season TV series Supernatural. As a result, audiences who may not have otherwise tuned into Fire Country may be more interested in the Camden role. From the looks of the initial images of Padalecki, these could be some potentially dramatic episodes, which will even further increase their allure.
Our Take On Padalecki’s Fire Country Role
Fire Country Can Also Help Padalecki
In addition to being helpful for Fire Country itself, Padalecki’s TV career can be significantly helped by this appearance. Like former Supernatural co-star Jensen Ackles, who is set to return for The Boys season 5, Padalecki has continued to work his post-Supernatural days. His recent TV series Walker ended up cancelled after four seasons on the CW. Padalecki’s career may get an additional boost from Fire Country as rumors persist that this role may result in a spinoff series.
