You can’t have a character as big, bold and popular as Tucker and not give him his post-eviction moment. Sunday’s episode of Big Brother 26 gave us about 10 minutes of the Tucker eviction and houseguests either mourning or celebrating his demise.
The episode picked up after Tucker’s eviction but then they cut to what we missed hehind the closed doors during those few moments after Tucker and Angela losing the AI Arena. There wasn’t a whole lot of talk, though, really. It was basically just Chelsie telling everyone to make the decision that is best for their game. And that’s what they all did. Tucker staying would have only been good for Rubina, Kimo and Joseph. I think it would have also been good for Cam, too, but he went with the other side. He was probably the one person who would benefit with either decision.
And then we see the post-eviction reactions. Kimo is sad and crying. Rubina is sad and crying. Cam is sad and crying. Angela is sad and crying with no tears as usual. But she’s been in this position before. She just keeps staying every time she’s on the block. But this is the Tucker funeral basically. Also, Tucker’s name was mentioned a lot during the episode and they cut to his memory wall photo every single time.
Chelsie and Quinn decided to skip the funeral, however. They both had private celebratory moments.
Then it’s time for the Head of Household competition. And it’s the good old chicken coop competition. The players have to maneuver the eggs through chicken wire and then set it it up on their board and try to knock down the letters HOH with the eggs. The rest person to knock all three letters down is the new HOH. Oh, and the first three to drop eggs will be have-nots for the week. Angela refuses to go until three people drop their eggs so she won’t be a have-not. She eventually gets to start her competition after Quinn, Kimo and Makensy drop an egg each.
It was a very close competition as several contestants got down to just one letter but Quinn knocks down his three letters first and is the new Head of Household.
No one is happier about the win than Chelise. She and Quinn celebrate and he tells her he will nominate Angela and Rubina for sure. And then tells her he wants to solidify an alliance with her, Cam, T’Kor and Makensy.
Quinn lets us know that he is going to reward the people brave enough to go against Tucker and vote him out and then seek a little revenge to those who have wronged him.
He then gets to work making his rounds before his nominations. He asks T’Kor who she thinks should go up with Angela. She brings up Makensy’s name and Quinn brings up Kimo’s name. And T’Kor is not happy about that.
T’Kor tells Kimo and Rubina that if Quinn puts up either one of them she’s done with him. She says he will be tainting their relationship. T’Kor says if he does that and she wins HOH again, he will be her target.
And even thought they threw in some other options for Quinn to discuss because they need a little suspense, he nominates Angela, Rubina and Kimo.
And he lets us know that Angela is 12,000 percent his target. He says he thinks if he’s sitting next to her anytime from here to the end, she would stay over him.
And T’Kor lets us know that she’s done with Quinn.
