General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will solve Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) medical mystery. Apparently she wasn’t just faking and there’s actually something wrong-and it could be serious!
Heather Webber Collapsed
When Heather was taken into GH, she claimed to be experiencing hip discomfort, but it didn’t take long to realize that she was lying to get out.
After removing her handcuffs and taking out a guard, she went to the chapel and used a bone saw to murder Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober).
Despite the fact that Cyrus was knocked unconscious and had nothing to do with Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) death, Heather held Cyrus responsible for her daughter’s passing.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) acted quickly to save Cyrus’ life, but was concerned that Heather didn’t look well as guards led her away.
Sure enough, Heather complained of some pain and then couldn’t breathe-and she did pass out and collapse-no symptoms having to do with her head.
Hamilton Finn Assesses Heather Webber
In many respects, Heather’s suffering hasn’t truly been in her head; she hasn’t complained of migraines or vertigo, which are common symptoms of head injuries.
Though not severe enough to be lethal, there is a chance that the snake venom Heather employed as “The Hook” might have created some long-term issues with an organ.
Heather’s first description of pain might have been related to her kidneys, but her heart could have been the source of the incident in the corridor.
Among the battery of tests that Finn does to find out what’s really wrong with Heather, something that hasn’t caused symptoms could also be revealed.
Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) suffered with brain tumors, and the first one affected his behavior centers and so he changed after it was removed-might that have been genetic?
What Might Hamilton Finn Find?
Even if Finn doesn’t find Heather has a brain tumor, it could be something else genetic-something that could have passed through Esme and on to Ace Prince-Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay).
There must be a reason why the GH writers chose to have Finn find and probably address an actual medical issue with Heather.
Depending on what kind of hereditary ailment it is, it may never become apparent as a major issue until much later in the patient’s life.
While Heather’s symptoms are unrelated to Franco’s malignancy, her mother Alice Grant (Lieux Dressler) passed away from a brain hemorrhage.
But Alice’s bleeding was probably brought on by high blood pressure, which might also be the reason behind Heather’s heart attack problems!
