Spoilers on General Hospital hint that Nina Reeve’s (Cynthia Watros) SEC secret would likely be revealed very soon. The day when the truth is revealed is just around the corner.
It is very likely that Nina will be fired for being a lying snitch by Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) or Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), and it is easy to predict Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) response.
Sonny Will Dump Nina When He Finds Out the Truth
Sonny doesn’t put up with betrayal, and Nina not only poses a risk to his company but also has the potential to be the reason why Sonny’s baby mama, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), was sentenced to prison.
Carly may soon be reverting to her previous name of Corinthos. Given that Mr. Brennan (Charles Measure) is actually Pikeman, there is a foe hiding in the shadows.
Pikeman knows who Carly Spencer is. He knows she is Sonny’s ex-wife and the mother of his children. Carly met Pikeman briefly when he stopped in for a meal at Kelly’s.
He seemed interested in the fact that Carly had kindly given food and coffee to a homeless person who had been outside the restaurant. He even gave Carly money to give to the homeless man.
Of course, this impresses Carly, and she thinks she just met a friendly businessman passing through town who stopped at Kelly’s for a burger.
Meanwhile, Mr. Brennan may have other plans. He may get the idea to use Carly to get to Sonny. He wants his shipments moved, and Carly would be the perfect leverage.
Mr. Brennan obviously targeted Carly in the hopes of getting to Sonny.
The mob activity involved with Sonny’s business and Pikeman Security Group has been heating up, and danger is imminent.
Pikeman Uses Carly As Leverage
He could persuade Sonny to reroute Pikeman’s supplies by using Carly’s life as leverage. It is possible for Mr. Brennan to abduct Carly and demand cooperation from Sonny in return for Ms. Spencer’s safety.
Sonny is going to save Carly; he won’t jeopardize her life. Carly is reminded of the reason she fell in love with Sonny a long time ago by his brave deeds.
Sonny and Carly find themselves drawn back to one another because Nina’s betrayal will force her to go. The ex-spouses will come to see that there may yet be hope for a reconciliation and that their love story is not finished.
At the same time, Pikeman becomes an even more significant threat, and an all-out mob war ensues. Pikeman will be a formidable opponent, as Sonny’s loved ones are secretly being watched.
Interestingly, Sonny had asked Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) his opinion that he told Pikeman’s employee, Roman Hume (Mark Engelhardt), that he was done being the delivery guy for the organization.
Sonny was informed by Dex that he was mistaken. Dex is equally as helpful and devoted as Steve Burton’s Jason Morgan.
Pikeman is not someone to mess with, as Dex’s gut tells him, and he’s not wrong. Soon, Sonny would discover that for himself.
To defend Carly and the people he loves the most, Sonny will have to step up his game as the mafia war turns Port Charles upside down.
