According to General Hospital teasers, Maurice Benard’s character Sonny Corinthos is frantically trying to identify the mole in his group. He’s more alarmed that this individual has made it personal the more he finds out about the possible gunman who attempted to shoot him at the Metro Court Pool.
Sonny gets shivers just thinking about being called Stone. He is aware that it isn’t Michael “Stone” Cates (Michael Sutton), but the insinuation is that someone is taking use of Stone’s memory to target Sonny, and it appears to be working.
With his professional and personal life coming apart at the seams, Sonny is struggling to know who he can trust. But rumor has it the person he needs in his corner is closer than they appear.
Ava Jerome Steps Up To The Plate
When Sonny lamented in his living room that he had no one he could trust, his cozy new roommate — Ava Jerome (Maura West) — was quick to po int out that he could trust her. The look on his face said it all. Both of them know they never saw this coming.
Now, they’re both at the end of their rope. Ava needs the protection of Sonny’s penthouse fortress, and Sonny needs the late-night friendship and sounding board she’s become more than he’d like to admit.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), Sonny’s son, is a confidante, although at the moment, Sonny doesn’t feel that way about himself.
Michael might urge that his father allow him in just enough to keep Sonny safe when the pressure to keep him safe builds.
Michael may have suggested that Sonny bring Dex back into the fold, but he is obviously not Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or Dex.
