It has been revealed that Tracy Quarermaine (Jane Elliot) was behind everything after a random LLC sued the cosmetics giant for supposedly stealing the concept for The Deceptor, but does it make sense?

Tracy has undoubtedly been at the vanguard of obtaining the details on Deception required to submit this lawsuit.
Does that imply, however, that she is the sole person working behind the scenes? Perhaps Tracy knows the person who actually thought of this idea, someone who is definitely connected to Marty in some manner.
The reason Tracy grew close to Marty when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) was away from the nation would also be explained in this way.

Everyone is expecting Jack to present Erica Kane’s (Susan Lucci) case, but there is a decent chance others in Erica’s orbit could play a role.
