‘General Hospital’ and Port Charles are both places where nothing is ever as it seems. What the authors are currently working on intrigues spoilers.

It was previously assumed that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was arrested by Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), but now it appears that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) was the incompetent fool.

Since it appears that Sonny is in serious difficulty and there will be consequences from this for some time to come, things should start to get better in the coming days.

Let’s move on to some juicy spoilers!

Sasha’s backed into a corner

Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) is among those who might be harmed as a result of Sonny’s detention. Even though he is unaware of Gladys Corbin’s treachery (Bonnie Burroughs), he had a sneaking suspicion.

Gladys and the excellent doctor would have vanished by now had he known about it. However, he’s occupied with what might be the fight of his life right now. Others must intervene to save Sasha.

By telling Sasha she can only leave when he says so and then probably injecting her with something, Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder) seems to be trying to completely damage her psyche.

Or, and “General Hospital” Spoilers are all for this, Sasha could gain the upper hand and take him down with his own syringe. The nurses won’t be able to ignore what he was doing unless they try to, and that would be a great way for her to retake some of her power.

Of course, it’ll also destroy her more and guarantee she’ll be needing more help than every before. Anyone else get the feeling the writers seem to just love torturing her?

Dante wants answers

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) is struggling with the possibility of his dad going to prison for the rest of his life, and he’s going to have a good idea who is responsible.

We were sure it was due to Cyrus, but now it looks like it’s most likely due to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)’s attempts to send Sonny to prison, and he’ll be the first person Dante will confront about it.

We don’t often see Dante lose control of his emotions, thus this will be a striking scene since the betrayal that his half-brother will display by doing this will almost shatter him.

Michael won’t be able to refute it under the circumstances, unless he was not directly involved. Since he started everything off, Dante won’t really give a damn.

By the time it’s over, this might be what splits the family apart, and if it is due of his behavior, Michael might not be able to make a comeback.

Will Sasha manage to escape or will Dr. Montaque keep torturing her?
