Big Brother is officially past the halfway point of Season 25, and things are really heating up now. When last we left the houseguests, they were eagerly awaiting/dreading the return of one evicted houseguest. Either Cameron or Jared will return to the game in the next new episode of Big Brother, and much to everyone’s surprise, the houseguests seem to be predominantly #TeamSpaceCowboy!
With such huge stakes at play, we need to know when we’re going to get more Big Brother. That should be tonight… right? Big Brother is supposed to air on Wednesday nights, so what gives? Is the BB Scary-verse playing a trick on you? Here’s what you need to know.
Is Big Brother on tonight (September 27)?
Nope! Big Brother is not on tonight. I know that doesn’t make sense. Wednesday has been a Big Brother night all season long!
Why isn’t Big Brother on on Wednesday night?
Big Brother is not on tonight because CBS had to find a night to play the new seasons of Survivor and The Amazing Race, both of which will consist of 90-minute episodes.
When will Big Brother come on next? Will Big Brother be live on Thursday night?
Yes, Big Brother Season 25 will return with a new live episode on Thursday night, as is Big Brother tradition. That episode will continue this week’s unprecedented BB Zombie storyline, wherein evicted houseguests Jared and Cameron are dueling it out to see who will return to the competition. The winner will be determined in a live competition on Thursday night at 9 p.m. ET.
What is Big Brother Season 25’s schedule?
That’s a very good question, because Big Brother has not kept a consistent schedule all season long. After the weirdness of BB Zombie/Scary-verse week, Big Brother will return to airing three episodes a week. Those episodes will air on Sundays at 10 p.m. and Tuesdays/Thursdays at 8 p.m.
Here’s what the next couple weeks of Big Brother look like.
- Thursday, September 28 at 9 p.m. ET
- Sunday, October 1 at 10 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, October 3 at 8 p.m. ET
- Thursday, October 5 at 8 p.m. ET
- Sunday, October 8 at 10 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, October 10 at 8 p.m. ET
How many episodes are in Big Brother Season 25?
CBS hasn’t officially revealed when the finale will air, Big Brother reporter Sharon Tharp said that November 9 is the most likely finale date. That means that Season 25 will last 100 days and 42 episodes, which will make it the longest season in Big Brother’s history.
