Home and Away stars Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart have reportedly taken their relationship off-screen.

The rumoured relationship between Home and Away co-stars Ada Nicodemou and James Stewart may be a lot more serious than previously believed.

Following months of speculation the pair have been secretly dating, Yahoo Lifestyle obtained a picture of the pair enjoying a day out together with their children last month.

Ada and her son Johnas Xipolitas were pictured enjoying lunch with James and his daughter Scout at Sydney’s Luna Park on April 7.

An onlooker tells Yahoo Lifestyle: “They looked super happy and like they were having a nice family day out.”

It comes after The Sunday Telegraph reported over the weekend that the pair have taken their on-screen relationship off-screen and have been secretly dating. The news comes after it was announced James and ex-wife Sarah Roberts had quietly divorced at some stage in the last year, while Ada’s relationship with Sydney businessman Adam Rigby ended late last year.

While their reps didn’t respond to the publication’s article, The Sunday Telegraph reports that the romance first sparked late last year when Ada and James were seen kissing at a Seven Network Christmas Party. The couple have also recently been spotted at the movies holding hands amongst other public displays of affection.

“They weren’t really hiding it,” a fan told the publication. “They were holding hands and he touched her bottom numerous times. There was nothing platonic about it.”

Ada shares Johnas with her ex-husband, Chrys Xipolitas, while James shares his daughter Scout with ex-wife Jessica Marais.

Interestingly, while Sarah doesn’t follow James or Ada on social media, she is following Ada’s ex, Adam. Ada and James also don’t follow Sarah.

Sarah Roberts opens up about split with James Stewart

In a recent interview with Stellar magazine, former Home and Away star Sarah Roberts opened up about her split from James, saying she was initially afraid to share the news due to “stigma and shame”.

“I hid for a very long time. There were times when I didn’t feel like I could see the light or a way out of these big, complex emotions that I was feeling. But I hope that by just being honest today, I’ll free myself, and potentially free a lot of other people, to be able to speak their truth,” she said of the end of their five-year marriage.

Sarah revealed the couple had grown apart and that was “okay”. “Sometimes people grow apart and that’s okay… I got to a point where I realised I couldn’t grow in the way I wanted to within this particular relationship,” she said.
